WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

– White Corn Tortilla Chips  – Vegan cheese – Tomatoes – Corn – Onion – Jalapeno – Black Beans – Cilantro – Salsa – Guacamole – Avocado – Limes

Instructions

Put half of the tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with half of the corn, tomato chunks, onion, jalapeño, and black beans.

Repeat to create the second layer of the nachos. Place the nachos into your oven and bake for 5 to 7 minutes at 400 degrees F.

Instructions

Remove the nachos from the oven and place additional toppings on top. You can also leave the salsa and guac in a separate bowl for dipping.
