Instructions

Melt butter in a sauce pan over medium heat. Saute shallot and garlic for 2-3 minutes. Add red pepper flakes and salt.

Add in pasta water, turn off burner then add in lemon juice and parmesan.

Instructions

Add in the cooked pasta until fully coated. Add in lemon zest and basil. Garnish with parmesan.
