Saute garlic and onion then add red pepper flakes, crushed tomatoes, basil, salt and black pepper. Stir to combine and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Add in the cooked spaghetti and toss to combine.

Serve spaghetti arrabiata immediately while hot. Top with additional fresh basil and vegan parmesan cheese.
