WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

– All purpose flour – Vegan butter – White sugar – Brown sugar  – Flax egg – Vanilla – Biscoff spread – Baking soda – Baking powder – Plant based milk

Instructions

Beat together the sugars and vegan butter until combined. Mix in the remaining wet ingredients, then slowly mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.

Instructions

Roll dough into 24 cookies, placing each on a baking tray. Bake for 13-15 minutes. After 5 minutes of cooling, place backside of a spoon gently onto the cookie to create a small cavity. Fill cavity with biscoff.
