Easy Iced Oat Milk Matcha Latte Recipe (Vegan)

Sip on this creamy and refreshing iced oat milk matcha latte in less than 3 minutes. Made with 3 simple ingredients, plus water and ice cubes, this is a great drink for a hot summer day. It is so creamy you won't believe its not real dairy milk.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tbsp warm or hot water
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey optional
  • ½ cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Begin by making the matcha. Add the matcha and warm water to a matcha bowl and whisk with a matcha whisk
    OR add the matcha and water to the bottom of your preferred tall glass and froth or mix until the matcha powder is fully mixed with the water.
  • Add in the ice cubes, then add in the oat milk and honey. Mix until fully combined.

Notes

For best results and taste, drink this creamy iced matcha latte immediately. If you do need to store it for any reason, remove the ice cubes then place it in the fridge for up to six hours. I like to store mine in a mason jar with a lid so no odors from the fridge seep into it.  Because matcha settles, mix or shake the iced latte before drinking it.
