Easy Orange Ginger Tahini Dressing

This healthy orange ginger tahini dressing goes perfectly on just about anything! It is sweet, yet savory, and oh so creamy! Made with a few simple ingredients like tahini, orange, ginger and garlic, it is vegan and naturally gluten free.

Ingredients
  

  • cup freshly squeezed orange juice plus 1 tbsp
  • cup tahini plus 1 tbsp
  • 1 garlic minced
  • 2-3 tbsp water see note
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger minced
  • Salt and Pepper for taste
  • ½ tbsp Orange Zest optional

Instructions
 

  • First, juice your orange into a bowl. Strain the juice to ensure no seeds or pulp is in it.
  • Place all ingredients, other than the zest, into bowl with juice and whisk vigorously.
  • Option to add in zest and mix more.
  • Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.

Notes

Consistency of Dressing – If you enjoy a thinner dressing, add more water. If you enjoy a thicker one, use less water.
