  • cup tahini
  • ¾ cup pomegranate seeds or approx ¼ and 1 tbsp of pom juice
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2-3 tbsp water see note
  • Salt and Pepper for taste


  • Place your pomegranate seeds into a glass or mason jar and muddle until the seeds are juiced.
  • Strain the juice into a small bowl.
  • Add in additional ingredients and whisk vigorously. Option to add in a few seeds for texture.
  • Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to one week.


Consistency of Dressing – If you enjoy a thinner dressing, add more water. If you enjoy a thicker one, use less water.
