Notes

Prosecco – As aforementioned, I used 90 Cellars brand. You can use any brand you would like. You also can substitute for champagne.
Aperol – Aperol is the star of the show. If you cannot find Aperol, you may use Campari, which is extremely similiar.
Seltzer – Cranberry or Plain seltzer would be best for this recipe. You may use club soda as well.
Orange Zest – There is zest for one orange in this recipe. You may substitute this from another citrus, such as lemon.
Sugar – I used sugar in the raw. You may use regular white sugar or coconut sugar at a 1-1 ratio.
Cinnamon – Not a cinnamon fan, no problem! You may use omit them. If you do not have cinnamon sticks, you may use 1 tsp of powder in place.
Cloves – If you do not like cloves or cannot find them, add in 2 extra cinnamon sticks.
Optional Garnishes and add ins- In my glass, I added in fresh cranberries cut in half, as well as cinnamon sticks, orange zest and an orange slice. You may also add in rosemary.
