This Easy White Bean Buffalo Dip is made creamy with cannellini beans and my homemade vegan buffalo sauce in just 10 minutes! Perfect for parties, game days, potlucks, or holidays. Serve with your favorite fresh veggie sticks, tortilla chips, crackers, baguette, or pita bread!
Add white beans, mayo, buffalo sauce, mayo, cheddar and hot sauce (optional) to a food processor and processor until smooth. This should take about 45-90 seconds.
Using a spoon, mix in celery + chives until they are well distributed. Do not process, as the water in the celery will cause the dip to become drippy.
Pour into a bowl for serving. Option garnish with extra chives, celery or hot sauce.
Serve with vegetables, chips or pita.
