Easy Vegan Edible Cookie Dough

  • ¾ C all purpose flour
  • ¼ C maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 2 pinches salt
  • vegan chocolate chips


  • Place all ingredients, other than chocolate chips, in a medium size mixing bowl and whisk until well combined. Then, fold in chocolate chips.
  • Store in an air tight container in the fridge. Prior to eating, place on counter for 10 minutes to allow it to soften (the coconut oil will make it a little hard when chilled). Enjoy!
