Easy Vegan Edible Cookie Dough
Place all ingredients, other than chocolate chips, in a medium size mixing bowl and whisk until well combined. Then, fold in chocolate chips.
Store in an air tight container in the fridge. Prior to eating, place on counter for 10 minutes to allow it to soften (the coconut oil will make it a little hard when chilled). Enjoy!
