Ingredients

Vegan Cheese

  • ½ cup vegan cheddar orange
  • ½ cup vegan cheddar white
  • 1 boursin vegan cheese

Nuts + Dried Fruit

  • ¼ cup cashews
  • ¼ cup pecans
  • ¼ cup dried apricots

Spreads

  • 1 cup hummus
  • cup vegan pesto
  • ¼ cup raspberry jam

Crackers + Breads

  • 1 small baguette
  • ½ cup assorted crackers

Vegetables

  • 1.5 cup carrots
  • ¾ cup broccoli
  • ½ cup cauliflower
  • cup cucumber

Fresh Fruit

  • 3 cups grapes
  • 1 cup strawberries

Instructions

  • Choose a medium to large charcuterie board. Mine was approximately 10 inches.
  • Add your bowls and larger cheeses to the board as anchors.
I like to place two to three bowls around the center with enough room between them to surround them with dippers and fresh produce. Any extra dips can be place on the side.
  • Layer on the fresh fruit and vegetables ( make sure to put a variety on both sides of the board so guests can reach from both angles)
  • Sprinkle on nuts to fill in any sparse areas.
  • Pair with Taittinger's Prestige Rose.

Notes

Important tips:
  • This charcuterie board can be truly customized to you! Add or remove any items.
  • Be sure that your crackers do not have hidden dairy in them. Some of my favorite vegan crackers are: Hu, Simple Mills + Vans.
  • Most pestos have parmesan in them, so make your own or buy one that is specifically vegan.
  • My favorite vegan cheeses are: Boursin, Miyokos + Chao Field Roast. Most grocery stores now sell vegan cheeses, but the best selections are at specialty stores, such as Whole Foods.
Storage
This vegan charcuterie board may be assembled ahead of time. Simply place it in the refrigerator for up to 3 hours. Be sure to cover it will wax paper or plastic wrap to ensure the vegan cheese does not dry out + add the crackers last so the texture does not change.
