– Flour – Maple syrup – Baking powder – Baking soda – Salt – Cinnamon – Lemon zest – Almond milk – Vegan butter – Vanilla extract – Blueberries Lemon Zest Frosting – Powdered sugar – Lemon juice – Lemon zest – Almond milk

Combine dry and wet ingredients and mix until combined. Gently fold in blueberries.

Grease a donut pan and fill each donut cavity evenly, with the mixture coming right to the top. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 375 degrees F.

Whisk together frosting ingredients while the donuts are cooling. Once cooled, dip the donuts into the frosting and top with lemon zest. Enjoy!
