Choose a medium to large charcuterie board. Mine was approximately 10 inches. I like to place two to three bowls around the center with enough room between them to surround them with dippers and fresh produce.
Layer on the fresh fruit and vegetables (make sure to put a variety on both sides of the board so guests can reach from both angles). Sprinkle on nuts to fill in any sparse areas.Pair with Taittinger's Prestige Rose.
