Notes

Each person will likely have their own desired slushiness of this drink. To achieve your desired slushiness, here are a few options:
- Ice Quantity. The amount of ice added will influencer the texture. For a thicker cocktail, add more, for a slushier cocktail, use less. Remember, if you are adding frozen fruit, you will use less ice.
-Blending Time. The les time you blend, the chunkier the texture will be. I prefer to blend for a longer time, so it is smoother. If you like a chunkier frozen drink, blend for half of the time or use the pulsing setting.
-Adjust the liquids. If you find the drink is too thick or too thin, adjust the amount of liquids. You can add more soda water or more prosecco.
-Serving Time. This perfect summer cocktail is best served right away. Over time, the drink may melt and be less slushy or watery, causing the flavor of the drink to change.

Optional add in - Frozen Fruit. Adding frozen fruit, such as frozen strawberries, frozen oranges or clementine slices, or frozen mangos will make this aperol slushie the ultimate summer drink. Add ½ cup of frozen fruit in place of a ½ cup of ice. If you are adding fruit, it will change the flavor from a traditional aperol spritz to slightly sweeter and fruiter.
