Creamy Cookie Butter Cocktail is a cozy, full flavor drink that is a must any time of the year. Made with the highly sought after and addicting cookie butter (also known as Lotus Biscoff), Bailey’s Almande, dark rum, vodka, brown sugar, spices and almond milk, this is the perfect dessert cocktail. Enjoy this Cookie Butter Cookie (Lotus Biscoff Cocktail) that takes less than 5 minutes to make.

  • 2-3 tbsp cookie butter / lotus biscoff started with 2 and add to your taste
  • 3 oz oBailey Almande
  • ¾ oz vodka
  • ¾ oz dark rum
  • 3 ½ oz almond milk
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp allspice
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • Ice


  • Melt cookie butter in a microwave or stove top. Start slowly, as it burns easily.
  • Pour melted cookie butter and all additional ingredients, other than the ice, into a shaker and shake well. If you do not have a shaker, whisk the mixture in a bowl or place all ingredients into a mason jar, tighten the lid and shake.
  • Option to drizzle melted cookie butter into the glass to add drizzle look.
  • Add ice to cup and pour mixture into glass. Cheers!
  • Serve immediately. If you must store, store in the fridge for 30 minutes without ice. Shake well before pouring.


Cookie Butter- I used Cookie Butter from Trader Joe’s. You can use any type you would like. Of course, the UK Version of this Lotus Biscoff Spread.
Baileys- I used Bailey’s Almande because it is vegan. If you do not have any issue with regular Baileys, you may use that in place of the vegan version.
Vodka– You cannot taste the vodka in this drink, but if vodka is not your friend, you may leave this ingredient out. It will make the cocktail not as strong though!
Dark Rum- Dark rum adds a nice flavor to this. I used Meyer’s Dark Rum.
Brown Sugar- I have yet to try this drink with regular sugar, so I cannot provide any subs. Do include this ingredient, however, as it aids in amplifying the taste.
Cinnamon and Allspice- These two spices also amplify the taste to ensure it fully tastes like cookie butter. If you do not have one, sub the other in place of it (for example, use ½ tsp of cinnamon rather than ¼ tsp if you do not have allspice)
Almond Milk – Use a vanilla or plain plant based milk of any type. You may also use regular milk if you are not vegan/restricting dairy.
