Equipment

  • 1 small bowl
  • 1 whisk or fork

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tbsp orange juice + ½ tsp orange zest ½ tbsp = approx ¼ orange

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a small to medium mixing bowl and whisk until combined, approximately 30 seconds.

Notes

Customize to your liking. Add more maple syrup for a sweeter dressing or more mustard for a tangier dressing.
If you do not have orange juice or zest on hand, you can omit it.

STORAGE

Store this maple mustard dressing in an airtight container or mason jar and place in the refrigerator for up to five days. Always shake or whisk the dressing before using it. Triple the recipe to make a big batch for meal prep and use it all week!
If you notice the vegan dressing solidifies in the refrigerator due to the EVOO, let it sit on the counter for 5-10 minutes then give it a good shake before using.
