What is better than vegan jalapeno dip? I do not actually know. I love all dips, but jalapeno dip may take the cake. The creamy spiciness is unparalleled to anything else.
I made this dip after being envious of my friend’s jalapeno poppers.
Of course, they were not vegan, but they made me crave them. Then, I thought - well, why not take it one step further and make some dip. So, I did exactly that.
However, I did not want to create a dip that would take forever to prep and bake. I am all about lazy vegan recipes. Therefore, I tested numerous ways to make this a quick, simple, and easy vegan dip.
This jalapeno popper vegan dip is as easy can be. You only need one bowl to make it, and one casserole dish to bake it in. It takes less than 30 minutes to make and bake. Easy to prep, easy to bake, and more importantly, easy to clean up.
So, let’s make this dairy-free jalapeno popper dip.
Why We Love Vegan Jalapeno Dip
Flavor Packed- This dip is full of flavors. I mean, you have spicy jalapeno paired with flavorful garlic then smothered with cool vegan cream cheese and vegan cheddar cheese. Topped off with crispy bread crumbs then baked to perfection. What isn’t there to love?
I must warn you though, this dip is not for people who cannot handle spice. Read that again. Do not eat this if you cannot handle spice! Or, do eat it, but leave out some of the jalapenos.
Dairy-Free- Unlike most jalapeno popper dips, this vegan jalapeno dip is dairy-free. It replaced regular cream cheese and cheese with the vegan alternative. It also uses tangy vegan mayo.
Transportable- This dip is made to travel. It is incredibly sturdy and does not move around much after it is packed.
It is the perfect dip to transport to a picnic, gathering, or holiday.
Easy- Easy should be my middle name. I am lazy in the kitchen, and I do not want to spend hours in it. This is probably the easiest vegan dip on my blog. One bowl, one casserole dish, and you are done! Barely any prep time needed as well, as you only need to cut the jalapenos and measure out ingredients.
